Voici quelques-uns des principaux points :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un cessez-le-feu n\u00e9goci\u00e9 par l&#039;\u00c9gypte et d&#039;autres pays est entr\u00e9 en vigueur le vendredi 23 f\u00e9vrier 2024, mais il a \u00e9t\u00e9 de courte dur\u00e9e, car les combats ont repris quelques heures apr\u00e8s que les deux parties se soient mutuellement accus\u00e9es d&#039;avoir viol\u00e9 les termes de la tr\u00eave.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/live\/world-middle-east-57183127\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Maison Blanche a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que son envoy\u00e9, Brett McGurk, avait eu des entretiens avec les dirigeants isra\u00e9liens et que les discussions \u00ab se d\u00e9roulaient bien \u00bb, mais n&#039;a fourni aucun d\u00e9tail sur les progr\u00e8s ou les perspectives d&#039;un nouveau cessez-le-feu.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-gb\/news\/world\/middle-east-crisis-live-west-bank-drone-strike-killed-militant-planning-attack-israel-claims-ceasefire-talks-going-well-says-us\/ar-BB1iKwA8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-ie\/news\/national\/encouraging-signs-in-middle-east-ceasefire-efforts-as-us-envoy-visits\/ar-BB1iJm5I\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><sup>3<\/sup><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le Qatar, qui a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le crucial dans la m\u00e9diation entre Isra\u00ebl et le Hamas, a confirm\u00e9 que les pourparlers se poursuivaient \u00ab dans le but de revenir \u00e0 une pause \u00bb et a exhort\u00e9 les deux parties \u00e0 faire preuve de retenue et \u00e0 respecter la situation humanitaire.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-gb\/news\/world\/middle-east-crisis-live-west-bank-drone-strike-killed-militant-planning-attack-israel-claims-ceasefire-talks-going-well-says-us\/ar-BB1iKwA8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019ONU a tenu une r\u00e9union d\u2019urgence le jeudi 22 f\u00e9vrier 2024 pour discuter de la crise, mais n\u2019a pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se mettre d\u2019accord sur une d\u00e9claration commune appelant \u00e0 un cessez-le-feu imm\u00e9diat, les \u00c9tats-Unis ayant bloqu\u00e9 le projet, affirmant qu\u2019il \u00e9tait \u00ab d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9 \u00bb et ne s\u2019attaquait pas aux causes profondes du conflit.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-gb\/news\/world\/middle-east-crisis-live-west-bank-drone-strike-killed-militant-planning-attack-israel-claims-ceasefire-talks-going-well-says-us\/ar-BB1iKwA8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La situation humanitaire \u00e0 Gaza reste d\u00e9sastreuse, les frappes a\u00e9riennes isra\u00e9liennes ayant caus\u00e9 de nombreux d\u00e9g\u00e2ts et bless\u00e9s, et le blocus emp\u00eachant l&#039;acheminement de fournitures et de services essentiels.
