Il soutient des programmes tels que le d\u00e9veloppement rural, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, l&#039;aide nutritionnelle, la recherche agricole et la sant\u00e9 animale et v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9veloppement de l&#039;\u00e9nergie et de l&#039;eau<\/strong>:Ce projet de loi pr\u00e9voit un financement discr\u00e9tionnaire de 14,4 milliards de dollars pour le minist\u00e8re de l&#039;\u00c9nergie, le Corps des ing\u00e9nieurs de l&#039;arm\u00e9e, le Bureau de la remise en \u00e9tat et d&#039;autres agences. Il soutient des programmes tels que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire, l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, les \u00e9nergies renouvelables, les ressources en eau et la d\u00e9pollution de l&#039;environnement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transports-HUD<\/strong>:Ce projet de loi pr\u00e9voit un financement discr\u00e9tionnaire de 144,71 milliards de dollars pour le minist\u00e8re des Transports, le minist\u00e8re du Logement et du D\u00e9veloppement urbain et les agences connexes. Il soutient des programmes tels que les infrastructures routi\u00e8res et de transport en commun, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a\u00e9rienne, l&#039;aide au logement, le d\u00e9veloppement communautaire et les secours en cas de catastrophe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le S\u00e9nat a adopt\u00e9 le projet de loi par 89 voix contre 8, avec le soutien des deux partis.
